At Pristine Window Films, we are aware of this situation, and we have had the opportunity to do a demonstration to the Historical Preservation Office, showing the MINIMAL visual impact our 3M film has on windows of registered historic homes. As a result, we have been allowed to be placed on the approved suppliers list for the Oregon Preservation Contractors Directory.
